Charles and I have found poems and prose which has helped us to grieve. If there is a passage or poem which has worked for you please let us know and we can put them up on the website - they might help others.
Also writing our own poems can be helpful - sometimes the poem emerges deep from inside and once out can contain thoughts or ideas which can help. Let us have anything that you think would be good for others.
